When you contact us we process your name, company, email, phone and message to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We keep the data for at most 12 months.

Job applications

We process the details and CV you send to handle your application and to take steps before a possible employment contract. As support for our review, an AI service (Google Vertex AI, processed in the EU) summarises your CV against the requirements of the role. Contact details are removed first, and the decision is always made by a person. Applications are deleted automatically after the retention period for the position's market. With your separate consent we keep your application for future positions; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Google Cloud in the EU. We use Microsoft 365 for email and Teams interviews, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against spam. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. When you fill in a form or log in, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to check that you are not a bot. If you close the cookie notice, that choice is saved only in your own browser.
